ZBL top team -USK Praha (16-0) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they crushed tenth ranked Chomutov 2 (0-16) 122-40 . USK Praha dominated down low during the game scoring 92 of its points in the paint compared to Chomutov 2 's 20. USK Praha forced 30 Chomutov 2 turnovers and outrebounded them 39-17 including a 25-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. USK Praha looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Chomutov 2 's players. The best player for the winners was American forward Brionna Jones (190-1995, college: Maryland) who scored 26 points (on 12-of-14 shooting from the field). Dutch power forward Emese Hof (190-1996, college: Miami, FL) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds. Five USK Praha players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Natalie Svobodova (175-2005) who recorded 11 points and guard Ema Jancarkova (180-2006) added 3 points and 4 assists respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the sixteenth consecutive win for USK Praha . Defending champion maintains first place with 16-0 record. Chomutov 2 lost their fifteenth game in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings.
